Our drivers are easily identifiable with the use of name boards with your name on it. The driver will greet you when you arrive and help you with your luggage to the car and take you to your destination in a timely manner.
In the unlikely event that you can't see your driver on arrival, then call us on 01737 448085, quoting your name or reference and our trained staff will have no problem in assisting you and tracking down your driver.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card including Visa, Master card, American Express, or any other credit or Debit card.
Good news is yes we are, we never close and are always on hand to take you to your destination on time and in total comfort, any time of the day including all public holidays as well as Christmas and New Years Day.
All our drivers are experienced licensed Car Service drivers and know the area. We also equip every car with a PDA (Portable Digital Assistant) device, loaded with an up to date Tom Tom satellite navigation software to assist them with finding the right destination.
If you have left any property in the car we have a procedure that our drivers will return the lost property to our main office. If we can locate what you have lost and who has lost it, then we can keep your item securely until you need to collect it or have it posted out to you for a small fee or you can also have it dropped off by one of our drivers, which will also incur a Car Service fare charge.
When you book with us at AT CARS GATWICK, we take pride in making sure you get to your destination no matter what the problem. So if your designated driver can't make it due to, for example a breakdown, we will make sure a replacement driver is with you in a timely fashion and at no extra cost to you.
Indeed we do, we understand that a car can be a deductable expense, so just ask your driver for one and he will be more than happy to write one out for you at the end of your journey
Unfortunately, at the moment our vehicles do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles of our own, however we do have contact within the industry who we are happy to refer you to.
As soon as you are made aware of your flight delay let us know via our contact form or by telephone. We will also monitor your arrival time, based on your fight number supplied at the time of booking so any inflight changes will be known to our driver. Providing we have availability we will simply adjust your flight time. In the unlikely event that we are unable to cover your collection due to an extended flight delay, we work alongside other taxi transfer companies, and will strive to provide cover for your collection.
Dependant on the amount of notice, in most cases we should be able to reschedule your transfer, providing we have availability for the new time/date. Call us on with the details of your new flight and we will try our best to accommodate the change.
Yes of course. When you book, simply let us know the details of your collection points in the notes section and we will quote you accordingly for any number of pick ups you require.
